Antonio Citterio has created a luxurious environment that embodies the brand’s design ethos and heritage throughout.
This luxury hotel with 85 rooms is situated in the heart of Knightsbridge, and has been described by the Daily Mail as ‘Britain’s most expensive hotel’. A new-build property, the Bulgari benefits from having been conceived and designed from inception as a luxury hotel.
Faithful to the design heritage of the world-famous Bulgari jewellery brand, the interior features signature use of silver throughout. References to Bulgari’s beginnings as a Roman silversmith include custom-made silk curtains with a pattern inspired by historic Bulgari pieces. In addition to superb service, guests can enjoy a 25-metre swimming pool, a private cinema, a stunning ballroom and a subterranean on-site spa and fitness centre. Noted architect and interior designer Antonio Citterio was given free reign to create an elegant environment that echoes the Bulgari brand’s design legacy.
The chic marble clad bathrooms also feature fittings from the Italian designer in collaboration with Axor.
