Its flatness, shine and precision make AXOR Citterio taps look monumental at the wash basin, bath or in the shower. The tap is an expression of Italian neoclassical architecture. A range of taps with a new handle design and exclusive surface finish structure


The extensive AXOR Citterio tap range ensures the ultimate in design freedom. In addition to the iconic pin handles and traditional star handles, the collection now also offers taps with a new lever handle. The latter’s floating appearance is consistent with the brand’s architectural design language and is even more ergonomic, intuitive and easy to use. The new lever handle can also be designed with exclusive diamond-cut detailing as an optional extra. For a unique look and feel that emphasises the design idea of “enjoying the ritual of washing every day with beautiful products”.

The new, floating lever handle \(centre\) is consistent with the AXOR Citterio design language and adds an even more ergonomic and user-friendly design to the range.

Tailored to preferences: from the classic three-hole option to the modern pin-handle design


The taps in the collection are available in the striking pin-handle design with a modern, technologically advanced joystick cartridge. The traditional star handle creates a timeless design for the three-hole tap models and thermostatic mixers and is known for its tried-and-tested functionality with its mechanical operation. With the new lever handle, AXOR is adding an even more ergonomic, intuitive and user-friendly design to the collection. The flat handle’s floating look is consistent with the architectural design language here. While the option to add texture – the “diamond cut” – to the surface finish creates an optical and haptic experience.

A diverse range of products for the ultimate in design freedom for many installation scenarios


For the taps with three different handles, the AXOR Citterio collection offers various spout lengths and product heights, different installation types and products with a plate or wall flange. For a consistent, geometric design language, the product range includes showerpipes with a single lever tap or thermostatic mixer, concealed installation thermostatic shower mixers, floor-standing bath mixers, exposed and concealed installation bath mixers, three-hole bath mixers or tile mounted mixers and bidet taps. Many of the bath and shower mixers can also be designed with the various pin, star or lever handle options and individualised with one of a number of AXOR FinishPlus surface finishes, just like all products in the collection.
