How do I use the Talisman app?
1. Open the Talisman App
2. Sign in, using your Hansgrohe Pro Website login details
3. Scan the QR code on the product packaging
4. Request your cashback through your Talisman account
There are two login options. Which do I choose?
Using the Business Owner account, you can log in to the app with your Hansgrohe PRO website login data. With this account, you can view your current points balance in the app and redeem cashback.
The Employee (scan only) account, is only equipped with a scanning function. You can neither view your points balance nor redeem cashback.
I registered and downloaded the app. Why isn't my account activated yet?
After you receive your confirmation email, please allow up to 24 hours before the Talisman app becomes accessible to you.
How do I redeem cashback?
You will be asked to enter your sort code and account number. The amount will be transferred to the account at the beginning of each month.
How do I collect Talisman points?
You can scan the Talisman QR codes in the product packaging using the Talisman app. The points will be added to your account immediately after scanning.
Where do I find the QR code on the packaging?
The QR code is located on the inside of the packaging lid. Please note that not all products have Talisman points.
Can I scan more than one QR code at a time?
It is possible to scan one or more Talisman QR codes at a time. Each QR code is unique and can only be scanned once.
I installed a product but the box didn't include a QR code.
Not all our products are included in the Talisman Loyalty Programme. Currently, our Vernis range, accessories and spare parts are excluded. When you are logged into the website, you can download the list of products below.
